Is shipping free?

We aim to be as transparent as possible with our customers, and do not artificially inflate the price of our products and tell you that shipping is free. Therefore, we do charge for shipping based on your preferred location.

What are the different strap styles available? 

3 main styles are available, namely our Classic, Slim, and Side-stitched straps. 

Classic straps have a thicker padding in the middle of the strap which tapers to where the holes begin. 

Slim straps have uniform thickness. 

Side-stitched straps are as the name suggests and is has uniform thickness as well. 

Are the watch straps and other leather accessories refundable or returnable?  

Unfortunately, as everything is made to order, we do not accept any returns or refunds unless there was a defect with the product. Do let us know how we can assist you in the matter. 

 How do I size my watch?

The key measurement would be the lug width of a watch. Use either a ruler or search up your watch model on the internet for its lug width and you should be able to find the correct size. 

How do i size my wrist? 

As a general rule of thumb, if your wrist size falls within each category as shown below, you should be taking the corresponding size.

Small: 14.5cm - 17.0cm
Medium: 16.5cm - 19.0cm
Large: 18.5cm - 21.0cm
