Panels of leather are cut by hand from a paper pattern, and then connected by saddle stitching, where artisans use two blunt needles to stitch everything together by hand. Exposed leather edges are then painted by hand to seal and protect the leather. This provides for superior durability and beauty, as artisans are not rushed and ensure each step is completed to perfection. 

Porosus crocodile leather, sourced from the saltwater crocodile, is considered the most prestigious and exclusive exotic leather in the world. Its hallmark is the small, uniform scale pattern, which gives it an elegant, refined appearance unlike any other. Porosus hides can be polished to a brilliant, glass-like sheen, making them especially prized by luxury houses such as Hermès.
